We have been made aware that scammers are sending fraudulent emails impersonating the Wazile team. These emails attempt to trick recipients into authorizing fake renewals, web updates, or digital marketing services.
Please be aware of our strict communication and billing policies:
- Official Email Only: Wazile will only contact you from an official @wazile.com email address. We never use Gmail, Yahoo, or any other free email providers.
- The Current Threat: Scammers are actively using free email providers to mimic our name (for example, recent scams have used [email protected]), often pressuring you to reply quickly to avoid service interruptions.
- Secure Billing Portal: While we may discuss account details or authorizations with you via email, all legitimate invoices, billing records, and account statuses will always be securely accessible through your client portal at hub.wazile.com.
What to Do:
If you receive a renewal notice, invoice, or service alert from any address other than @wazile.com:
- Do not reply, do not authorize any actions, and do not click any links.
- Forward the suspicious email to our team so we can track and report the abusers. Registered clients should forward these to [email protected], and all other general inquiries can be sent to [email protected].
- Delete the fraudulent email.
If you are ever unsure whether an email regarding your website or digital marketing services is legitimate, please log in directly to hub.wazile.com to check your account status, or reach out to us at our official email addresses.
Best regards,
The Wazile Team
