Summary of Maintenance:
The goal of this maintenance window is to increase available bandwidth and improve our network capacity. During this process we will upgrade one of our network trunks between our core routers and distribution switches. Best practices and procedures will be employed.
Customer Impact:
There may be a few brief interruptions during the switch-over between network trunks. Extended downtime is unlikely, as we will have the original trunk available for rollback. Our network engineers will be on-site to ensure the process goes smoothly. Although the work will be relatively quick, we've scheduled an extended window in order to monitor the health of the network and equipment and make any adjustments that may be necessary.
