Summary of Maintenance:
The purpose of this maintenance is to upgrade software on our core networking hardware to improve the reliability and capability of our network. Best practices and procedures will be employed throughout the maintenance.This is continuation of work that could not be fit into the July 2nd maintenance window.
Customer Impact:
There may be one or more brief interruptions as traffic re-routes across our routers, but no significant impact. However, we wanted everyone to be aware of the activity. There will be a number of network engineers on-site to ensure the process goes smoothly. Although the work will be relatively quick, we've scheduled an extended window in order to monitor the health of the network and equipment.
